CONSULTATION FEES
NEW CLIENTS
New clients are offered an Introductory Package consisting of two (2) consultations:
- an Initial Consultation (60 mins) to comprehensively review your health and medical history and discuss your health concerns, and begin documenting your regular patterns in relation to food, sleep, stress, bowel habits, and any physical symptoms (you will be provided with tools to diarise the details for the next 7-12 days);
- plus a Follow-up Consultation (45 mins) dedicated solely to developing a bespoke treatment plan to begin addressing your priority health concerns.
*Package must be paid for in full, is non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase (please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information).

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS
Ongoing consultation frequency will be dependent on the nature of your health concerns.
This is an opportunity to reflect on your progress to date; analyse the details of your health diary; review, adjust and enhance your treatment plan and health priorities; and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure you achieve your desired health outcomes.
We may also discuss the need to incorporate nutritional supplements or other health products that will enhance treatment outcomes, or the details of any pathology testing that may be necessary to enhance understanding of your health status, and also provide a useful baseline from which to measure the efficacy of your treatment.
Note: A 50% deposit is payable when booking ongoing follow-up consultations, with the balance payable at the conclusion of the consultation.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
Simply click the 'Book Now' link above to select from available appointment times.
When making a booking as a new client, you will have the option to create an account in the secure client portal. The client portal is where you can access your treatment plans, testing information, product prescriptions, meal plans and view your appointments. Alternatively, you can check out as a guest.
Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email confirming the details of your appointment, along with a New Client Intake Form for completion.
A reminder SMS and email will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment, and you will receive an SMS and email 15 minutes prior to your appointment containing a link - simply click the link to join via telehealth.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a fee. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the original appointment time, however if a second reschedule is requested a fee may be applied.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS & HEALTH PRODUCTS
Treatment plans will involve a combination of diet and lifestyle recommendations, and nutritional supplements (including bespoke compounds) or other health products may be prescribed (at additional cost), depending on your specific needs. Products will be dispatched directly to you from our third-party suppliers, and we may also recommend products that are readily available over-the-counter at pharmacies or health food stores.
MEAL PLANS
A personalised meal planning service is available for an additional fee. You will be provided with questionnaire to ensure the meal plan is tailored to your specific needs (eg. allergies/intolerances/sensitivities, food preferences, preparation time, macro or micronutrient needs). TESTING
Laboratory testing may be required to identify imbalances or pathogens, provide a baseline measure of your current health status, and give a clearer picture of your unique biochemistry. Common tests include functional gut microbiome profiling (metagenomic testing), complete digestive stool analysis (CDSA), micronutrient status, breath testing and hormone profiles. Pricing of tests varies and a separate fee may be charged for analysis of the results, however this will be discussed with you during your consultation. Please note that test results will only be discussed during a consultation.
REFERRALS
At times, it may be necessary to refer you back to your GP, or to another health professional with expertise in a particular area of health.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE REBATES
Some private health insurers (e.g. CUA and HBF) will provide rebates for nutrition services provided by a Clinical Nutritionist via telehealth - please check with your insurer if you can make a claim for Telehealth Clinical Nutrition services prior to making an appointment.
